Neil Losin, a graduate student in the Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), captured the grand prize photo of a burrowing owl in 2006 when he was living in Davis, California.
Art Wolfe's Travels to the Edge, Season Two
This season, Art Wolfe and his crew travel to Japan, Australia, Mali, the Falkland Islands and the Antarctic coast, the Pantanal of Brazil, Togo and Benin in West Africa, New Zealand, Nepal, India, the Baja Peninsula, the Kingdom of Bhutan, Mongolia, and Iceland.
