While on the go, you can use Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 on your mobile phone with the CRM para telefones app.
Before you can use the app, you need to check to make sure your CRM 2013 admin has set up CRM para telefones for you. Your admin might have provided you with instructions on how to install and start the app, but if not, you can use these instructions.
If your admins have told you to download the CRM para telefones app, click the link in the following table for your phone. The link will take you to the app in your phone's app store.

Open the CRM para telefones app.
On the Get Started screen, type your company's CRM web address.
Tap Go to continue.
