To enable SSL listeners

1.

In the console tree of ISA Management, right-click the applicable array and then click Properties.

Where?

Internet Security and Acceleration Server > Servers and Arrays > Name 

2.

On the Outgoing Web Requests tab or on the Incoming Web Requests tab, select the Enable SSL listeners check box.

3.

In SSL port, type the port on which the Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server computer should listen for incoming or outgoing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) requests.

Notes

To open ISA Management, click Start, point to Programs, point to Microsoft ISA Server, and then click ISA Management.

If you enable SSL listeners, then you must configure a server-side certificate with which to authenticate to clients.
