Internet security

In its firewall capacity, Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server allows you to prevent unauthorized Internet users from accessing your local network by examining all incoming data and blocking packets that do not meet your specified security criteria.

ISA Server combines several security mechanisms to help you enforce your security policies at all network layers: a flexible rule base for incoming and outgoing requests, intrusions and alerts, application filters, and system security configuration options.
