Routing, chaining, and dialing out to the Internet

You can configure Microsoft Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server to route outgoing client requests to the Internet. If the request is routed to a destination on the Internet, you can also configure ISA Server to establish a dial-up connection. You can configure this to take place on all occurences or only when the primary connection is unavailable.
