To change command prompt display option settings

1.

Open Command Prompt 

2.

Right-click the title bar, and do one of the following:

To change this setting for all command prompt windows, click Defaults.

To change this setting for the current command prompt window only, click Properties.

On the Options tab, under Display Options, click Window or Full Screen.

Note

To open command prompt, click Start, point to All Programs, point to Accessories, and then click Command Prompt

To switch between window mode and full-screen mode on x86-based computers, press ALT+ENTER.
