Ftp: debug
Toggles debugging mode.
Syntax
debug
Parameters
? debug : Displays help for the debug command.
Remarks
| • | By default, debugging is off. |
| • | When debugging is on, each command that is sent to the remote computer is displayed, preceded by the greater than (>) character. |
Formatting legend
| Format | Meaning |
Italic | Information that the user must supply |
Bold | Elements that the user must type exactly as shown |
Ellipsis (...) | Parameter that can be repeated several times in a command line |
Between brackets ([]) | Optional items |
