To start Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
1. | Open Computer Management |
2. | In the console tree, click Services. Where? Computer Management > Services and Applications > Services |
3. | In the details pane, right-click Remote Access Auto Connection Manager, and then click Start. Under the Status column, Started appears. |

| • | To open Computer Management, click Start, and then click Control Panel. Click Performance and Maintenance, click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management. |
| • | Remote Access Auto Connection Manager is on by default in Windows XP Professional computers that are not members of a domain and in Windows XP Home Edition. |
