1. | Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. |
2. | On the Regional Options tab, under Standards and formats, click Customize. |
3. | On the Currency tab, specify any changes you want to make. Among items you can change are the currency symbol, the formats used for positive or negative amounts, and the punctuation marks. |

| • | To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options. |
| • | If you are switching currencies (for example, from a national currency to the euro), change the currency symbol, and then click OK or Apply. The other fields will change to reflect the new currency. |
