1. | Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel. |
2. | On the Regional Options tab, under Standards and formats, click Customize. |
3. | On the Numbers tab, specify any changes you want to make. Among items you can change are the decimal symbol and list separator, the format used for negative numbers and leading zeros, and the measurement system (U.S. or metric). |
