The print queue displays information about a document such as print status, owner, and number of pages to be printed. From the print queue, you can cancel or pause printing for any document you send to the printer.

You can also open the print queue by double-clicking the printer icon in the notification area

Another way to open the print queue is to click the printer in Printers and Faxes, and then click See what's printing under Tasks on the left side of the window. This option is available only if folders are set to look like a Web page and a printer is selected. For more information, click Related Topics
