To copy a registry key name

1.

Open Registry Editor

2.

In the registry tree (on the left), click a registry key.

3.

On the Edit menu, click Copy Key Name.

4.

Paste the name of the registry key into another program or document.

 Caution

Incorrectly editing the registry may severely damage your system. Before making changes to the registry, you should back up any valued data on your computer.
