| • | To open Services, click Start, click Control Panel, click Performance and Maintenance, click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Services. |
| • | The Secondary Logon service allows you to run programs (*.exe), saved Microsoft Management Console (MMC) consoles (*.msc), shortcuts to programs and saved MMC consoles, and Control Panel items as an administrator, even while you are logged on to your computer as a member of another group, such as the Users group or the Power Users group. |
