1. | Open My Documents and locate the file you want to send in e-mail. If the file you want to send in e-mail is not located in My Documents or its subfolders, use Search to find it. To open Search, click Start, and then click Search. |
2. | Click the file. |
3. | Under File and Folder Tasks, click E-mail this file. |
4. | In the new e-mail message, type the e-mail address and any other information, and then click Send. |
