To send a file in e-mail
Open My Documents and locate the file you want to send in e-mail.
If the file you want to send in e-mail is not located in My Documents or its subfolders, use Search to find it. To open Search, click Start, and then click Search.
Click the file.
Under File and Folder Tasks, click E-mail this file.
In the new e-mail message, type the e-mail address and any other information, and then click Send.
To open My Documents, click Start, and then click My Documents.
You must have an e-mail account to use this feature.
If you want to send all of the files in a folder in e-mail, click the folder, and then, under File and Folder Tasks, click E-mail this folder's files.
