CodePlex provides developers with direct access to community source projects, developed on Microsoft technologies by Microsoft developers and by developers throughout the world. You can get started immediately. Reference Source Service

MSDN

Sample code and tutorials for most Microsoft technologies can always be found on MSDN and MSDN Code Gallery.

Customer Commitment

In exchange for obtaining access to Microsoft source code, Microsoft asks that developers honor their intellectual property and only use the source code in accordance with the terms of its license.
