Course Description

This course is designed to help you in supporting Office Live Meeting 2007. This course provides information about of some of the most common Live Meeting support scenarios that may be encountered as well as details about how to troubleshoot the issues and how to resolve them.  

Course Objective

The goal of this course is to is to introduce you to Live Meeting support and to teach you how best to support the end user in the Live Meeting Service environment.

After completing this course you will be able to do the following:

  • Identify the workflow of a Live Meeting support incident.

  • Troubleshoot Live Meeting issues based on customer role.

  • Identify and utilize troubleshooting tools.

Prerequisites

Prior to taking this course, you should have completed the following training:

 

This course will take between 2-4 hours to complete depending on your experience with Live Meeting Support.
