Zune software cannot sync the file.
Zune software encountered a problem while synchronizing the file to your Zune device. This error can occur for a variety of reasons.
Things To Try
Try one or more of the following:
Disconnect and reset your Zune device.
To reset a Zune device
Verify that you are using the original sync cable that came with your Zune device.
If your sync cable is plugged into a port on an external USB hub, try plugging the sync cable directly into a USB port on your computer instead.
If your sync cable is plugged directly into a USB port on your computer, try plugging the sync cable into a different USB port on your computer. For example, if you are currently using a USB port on the front of your computer, try using a USB port on the back of your computer instead. Some computers are known to have USB signal integrity problems with ports on the front of the computer.
You might be trying to sync subscription content that has expired or that your account does not support. Do one of the following:
If you have a subscription account (Zune Pass), sign in to your Zune Marketplace account.
To sign in to Zune Marketplace
If you don't have a subscription account, upgrade to a subscription account.
To upgrade your account
If you don't have a subscription account and don't want to upgrade to one, buy the songs from Zune Marketplace.
If you don't have a subscription account and you don't want to upgrade to a subscription account or buy the songs, remove the files from your Zune software library and your computer.

In some rare cases, this error can occur if you try to sync a hidden file to your Zune device. To resolve this problem, either remove the file from the sync list or change the file's properties so that the file is not hidden.
