Error ID: C00D1199
Zune software cannot play the file.
Typically, this error occurs when you try to play a file type that is not supported by Zune software. However, it can also occur when there is a problem with your sound device, such as your sound card or sound controller.
Things To Try
Try one or more of the following:
Verify that the file type is supported by Zune software. If the file type does not appear in the list below, ask the content provider for a version of the file that is compatible with Zune software.
Supported File Types
If the file type is supported by Zune software, the file might have been created with a codec that is not supported by Zune software. If possible, ask the content provider for a version of the file that is compatible with Zune software.
You might be trying to play one part of a multipart file. Use a newsreader or other program to combine the files, and then try again.
Quit other programs that might be using your sound device, and then try to play the file again.
Update the device driver for your sound card or sound controller. To determine if an updated driver is available, see Windows Update at the Microsoft Web site, or see the sound device manufacturer's Web site.
