  2. Attend a FREE Response Point training* class (online or in person)

  4. Promote and sell Response Point on your company Web site.

    Our Web site is intended to feature only those resellers who are committed to promoting and selling Microsoft Response Point. Therefore, in order to be listed on the Response Point Web site and in the customer locator tool, reseller Web sites must clearly promote and offer Response Point purchase service.

    BEFORE submitting your company information to the Response Point Specialist program, the following requirements must be met:

    • Customers must be able to navigate from your company home page to your Response Point service page explaining what Response Point is and how it will benefit their business.
    • Your company Web site offers and promotes Response Point service, and includes details of what that service entails.
      • Company Web site includes Response Point logo (Response Point logo available here)
      • Active link from company Web site back to Response Point Web site (www.microsoft.com/responsepoint, typically from the Response Point Logo)

  5. Attach your company logo and e-mail the following information to rpoint@microsoft.com:

    • Company Name
    • Complete Street Address
    • City
    • State
    • ZIP Code
    • Phone (a Response Point phone is preferred)
    • Company URL pointing to a page clearly promoting Response Point, including a link back to Microsoft.com/responsepoint
