“Microsoft Dynamics CRM 20% Discount” Terms & Conditions:
- The “Microsoft Dynamics CRM 20% Discount” (the “Program”), is valid from October 1st, 2011 until March 31st, 2012 (the “Program Period”).
- The Program is offered to all the Microsoft Dynamics Existing and New Customers (the “Participants”), located in Algeria, Angola, Bahrain, Botswana, Burundi, Egypt, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Jordan, Kenya, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malawi, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, , South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Tunisia, Turkey, Uganda, United Arab Emirates, Zambia, and Zimbabwe (the “Territory”).
- Employees of Microsoft Corporation, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the Program.
- Eligibility Requirements : The Participants are eligible to a reward if they meet the following cumulative requirements (the “Eligibility Requirements”):
- The Program will apply to the following products (the “Eligible Products”):
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Employee Self Service User Cal; and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM Employee Self Service Device CAL
- The Participants are eligible to a reward if they meet the following cumulative requirements (the “Eligibility Requirements”):
- Entering new, renewing or adding additional licenses of the Eligible Products to a qualifying Licensing Program Agreement (as defined below) and Software Assurance (L+SA).
- The Participants are required to pay software assurance fee on all licenses.
- The Program is only available through Select, Select Plus, CASA, Enterprise Agreement, and Enterprise Agreement Subscription programs (each referred to as the “Qualifying Licensing Program Agreement”).
- Program limitations:
- The Program cannot be combined with other offers and promotions.
- The Program is not valid for Dynamics Price list, Open, Open Value, Open Value Subscription, SPLA, ISV Royalty, US Government, Enrollment for Application Platform (EAP)
- The Participants will have to provide Microsoft with the receipt and all necessary documentation as a proof of delivery.
- If the Participants meet the Eligibility Requirements, they will be entitled to the 20% discount off the final price applied by the Participant’s reseller.
- The discount is off the prices applied by the reseller
- Microsoft shall have the sole right, at its own discretion, to change the terms of the Program by extending or shortening the Program Period, alter any of the terms and conditions or otherwise stop or cancel the Program without any requirement for advance notice to the Partner.
- All Participants, by entering the Program agree to be bound by these rules and agree that Microsoft may retain process and export their personal information within Microsoft Corporation and/or any of its subsidiaries.
- This Program is valid in combination with any other offer from Microsoft.
