Microsoft ITCAN is a training program designed to offer you the right tools to kick start your career. Through a variety of training sessions Microsoft ITCAN will help you develop your skills and increase your chances of finding jobs or starting your own organisation.

To sign up for Microsoft ITCAN, you need to:
  • Be a Saudi National

  • Be currently unemployed. Click here to

  • Pass the Application Examination

    (qualified applicants will be contacted to

    set a date)

  • Have not previously been funded by the

    Human Resource Development Fund.

MISSION
Microsoft ITCAN aims at bridging the gap between the demand and supply for skilled Saudi talent in the field of Information Technology through extensive and practical training to individuals across all levels in their career.

VISION
Establish Microsoft ITCAN as a leader in community involvement and a source of great talent.
All ITCAN applicants will go through a three-
phase selection process to determine if they meet
the required criteria for admission to the program.

Phase 1: Application Review
Will check to see if applicants meet the basic
requirements (Saudi Arabian nationality,
certification, age and employment status).

Phase 2: Applicant Assessment
A behaviour-based assessment where applicants
will be split into small groups to identify potential
participants and their level of commitment.

Phase 3: English Capability
English proficiency assessment to ensure there
is consistency across all applicants.
On enrolling for one of the below tracks, students will go through extensive soft skills training and technical courses.

  • SharePoint Developer
