"SMB FY12-Q1 End Customer Promo" Terms & Conditions:
1- The "SMB FY12-Q1 End Customer Promo" (the "Program"), is valid from August 6th 2011 until September 29th 2011 (the "Program Period").
2- The Program is offered to all the Commercial Microsoft customers in the small and medium business segment (1-250 pc’s), Government and Education customers are excluded (the "Participants"), located in Saudi Arabia (the "Territory").
3- Employees of Microsoft Corporation, their affiliated companies, advertising agencies, gift suppliers or other representatives, or members of the respective immediate families of such employees and anyone with whom such employees are domiciled are ineligible to participate in the Program.
4- Eligibility Requirements: The Participants are eligible to a reward if they meet the following cumulative requirements (the "Eligibility Requirements"):
• The Program will apply to the following products (the "Eligible Products"):
• Windows 7 Upgrade, minimum 10 Licenses
• Windows 7 Leagalization (GGWA), minimum 10 Licenses
• Office 2010 Standard, minimum one License
• The Participants will have to purchase the Eligible Products from Microsoft Resellers in the Territory through Open, Non- Annuity agreements.
• The Participants will have to purchase the minimum number of Licenses of the Eligible Products as mentioned above to be eligible for the discount as below.
• The Participants will have to provide Microsoft with the receipt and all necessary documentation as a proof of delivery.
5- Discount: If the Participants meet the Eligibility Requirements, they will be entitled to the following discounts:
• Up to 10% Discount on Windows 7 Upgrade.
• Up to 5% discount on Windows Legalization (GGWA).
• Up to 15% on Office 2010 Standard.
• discount depending on the final price applied by the Participant’s reseller
6- The discount is off the prices applied by the reseller
7- Microsoft shall have the sole right, at its own discretion, to change the terms of the Program by extending or shortening the Program Period, alter any of the terms and conditions or otherwise stop or cancel the Program without any requirement for advance notice to the Partner.
8- All Participants, by entering the Program agree to be bound by these rules and agree that Microsoft may retain process and export their personal information within Microsoft Corporation and/or any of its subsidiaries.
9- This Program is valid in combination with any other offer from Microsoft.
