Q.Deadline for submitting summer 2008 internship applications?

We will accept your CVs until April 10, 2008 and everyone is encouraged to apply NOW!

Q.What could I expect to do at MDCS for the summer?

A.

You will be given real work with challenging problems to solve. As an intern, you will be working right alongside full-time employees as a true member of one of our feature teams.

Q.What about the salary? Am I going to be able to rent an apartment and to afford to live in Belgrade for the summer?

A.

You will be able to afford an apartment during your internship. We will do our best to assist you in finding your accommodation.

Q.Am I going to be assigned a mentor?

A.

Yes, you will be assigned a mentor (senior employee) to help you get started and follow your progress on your project during your entire stay.

Q.What happens once I send my CV and cover letter?

You are immediately notified by email that your CV has been received and you have entered the MDCS recruiting process.

•

Chosen candidates will be asked to come in to MDCS offices and take part in the Entrance Test. The test will take place a few weeks after we have stopped receiving applications.

Candidates who are successful will be asked to come in for face-to-face interviews and the best ones will be extended offers.

•

Travel expenses to the Entrance Test are covered.

Q.When do internships take place? How long does an internship last?

A.

Most MDCS Internships take place in the summer and last approximately 3 months, from June to September. Starting date is flexible.

Q.Do I have to be a Serbian citizen to apply for an internship with MDCS in Belgrade?

A.

No, in fact we encourage international candidates to apply.
