TrojanDownloader:ASX/Wimad is a family of malicious URL script commands found in Advance Systems Format (ASF), a file format used by Windows Media, that downloads arbitrary files.

On December 30, 2009 a signature for TrojanClicker:ASX/Wimad.gen!M started detecting TunerFreeMCE, a Web browser add-in that helps play media content. On December 30, 2009 Microsoft released a new signature that addresses the issue. Signature versions 1.71.1557.0 and higher include this fix.
