The MPSC works with customers and partners in a virtual environment, to accelerate deployments and reduce risks by providing access to their equipment, resources, a high level of knowledge and project collaboration experience. These facilities are often used by partners to develop, display and sell their solutions. The MPSC leverages the combined expertise of Microsoft resources and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), network equipment providers (NEPs), independent software providers (ISVs), independent hardware providers (IHVs), access providers, systems integrators (SIs), and solution providers (SPs)--to create solutions that network service providers can quickly roll out to consumers.

The Microsoft Partner Solutions Center brings together a community of partners to design, build, and implement Microsoft and partner-led solutions. The MPSC is key in enabling Microsoft partners to develop innovative solutions (applications, consulting and deployment) based on Microsoft's platform and technologies.
