1. Organizers
Your Gift! Your Choice! for purchase of selected products of Windows™ Vista and Microsoft® Office 2007 promotion (the 'Promotion') is organized jointly by Ingram Micro Asia Ltd and SIS Technologies Pte Ltd (the 'Organizer').

2. Rules
The promotion is governed by these terms and conditions (these 'Terms and Conditions'). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which may be modified from time to time at the sole discretion of the Organizer and by the decisions of the Organizer, which shall be final and binding in all respects. The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, without liability to the participant.

3. Promotion period
The Promotion period is from 1st March 2008 to 30th June 2008. Purchases must be made within this period from authorized retailers to be eligible for the Promotion. This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions.
