General terms and conditions
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizers, shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by the customer and which is of a direct or indirect or consequential nature, including without limitation any economic loss or other loss, arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Promotion. The Organizer reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable, in whole or in part, such holding will not affect the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions, unless Microsoft reasonably and in good faith deems the unenforceable provision to be essential to these terms and conditions, in which case either party may terminate participation in this promotion, effective immediately upon notice to the other party. This promotion is available on a 'while stocks last' basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer makes no warranties (express or implied) with respect to the gifts under this Promotion. Any and all warranties (if any) in respect of the gifts will be provided by the respective manufacturers/suppliers of the merchandise. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
