> Open Value Subscription provides low entry costs for you.
> Volume Licensing Pricing - Open Value
Subscription provides you volume license pricing that is consistently less than
paying for a few licenses at a time, in addition to company-wide discounts for all
Enterprise products for even more savings.
> Three-year Payment Plan - the subscription
is for three year terms, allowing you to spread out payments over those three years.
> Annual Adjustments - simply count
your computers once a year. Your annual license fee is based on this year-end number,
regardless of how many computers you add or subtract. When you add computers during
a budget cycle, you won't face additional costs or retroactive costs. See
Example for more information on how this works.
> Up-to-Date Discount of up to 50%* -
you may own some recent version Microsoft software licenses for computers you want
to put on the Open Value Subscription program. To help off-set the cost of conversion,
Microsoft can give you up to 50% off the first year license fee for these computers
if the licenses are the current version or one version old.
Here is a current list of products eligible for the Up-to-Date Discount:

Overall Open Value Subscription Savings
If Company X had purchased these Office Professional Plus 2007 licenses through
the Open License or Open Value non-subscription programs with similar benefits for

between 65%* and 110%* higher based on current Estimated Retail Prices for these
programs. By choosing the Open Value Subscription Program for their purchase, Company
X can now use these savings for other important business needs instead.
