Frequently asked questions about Live Meeting Q. Can I control who attends my Live Meeting? A. You can set entry controls to control who attends a meeting, make a meeting available for a large general audience and also to distinguish between participants who are attendees and those who are presenters. Q. Is there a way to record a Live Meeting session? A. A recording feature in Live Meeting lets you capture all keystrokes, slides and audio of a meeting. After you record a meeting and save the recording, you can replay it later or make it available for training sessions, seminars or for those who could not attend. Q. Can I ask a presenter a question during a meeting? A. Use the Questions and Answers pane to communicate with the presenter during a presentation. You might want to clarify an issue in the presentation, or ask if you can take the floor and address all attendees. Q. Is there a way to communicate with other attendees during a meeting? A. You can chat with other attendees or presenters during a meeting, such as when a presenter suggests a break-out session to discuss a specific issue. Simply indicate whom you want to chat with, and then type your question or comment in the chat box and click the Send button. Q. What about audio communications during a meeting? A. To use Live Meeting phone conferencing, you need a phone-conferencing account from your service provider. If you already have a phone-conferencing account, the introductory e-mail message sent by your phone-conference call provider should contain the information you need to configure your Live Meeting audio settings.
