Systems Management Server Development Licenses

You can obtain development licenses for installations of Systems Management Server (SMS) 2003 that are part of your development environment. SMS 2003 Developer Edition is licensed per developer and must be used for designing, developing, and testing purposes only. SMS 2003 Developer Edition has all of the functionality of SMS 2003 Enterprise Edition.

Development Licenses

SMS 2003 SP1 supports up to eight processors per server machine. To use SMS 2003 SP1 server components, you need:

MSDNŽ Universal includes SMS 2.0 as well as the developer editions of Microsoft SQL Server and other Microsoft servers, Windows 2000, and Microsoft Visual StudioŽ.
