•	Shipping and handling costs are $5.00 US or $7.50 CDN.
•	Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Note: This offer is available to U.S. and Canadian customers only. International customers can obtain the Reporting Services installation CD through their local Microsoft sales office.
