Support Options for SQL Server Accelerator for BI

Microsoft SQL Server Accelerator for Business Intelligence (SQL Server Accelerator for BI) includes a technical support package that is supported by the Global Solutions Support Center (GSSC). You can choose between problem-solving support and proactive support, such as technical workshops and advisory services, designed to help lower the risk and cost of ownership.

Microsoft offers enterprise-level, end-to-end support from solution experts trained specifically to support SQL Server Accelerator for BI. As part of Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS), the GSSC provides expert telephone and onsite support. GSSC is dedicated to helping you.

Three support packages are available for SQL Server Accelerator for BI implementations through GSSC:

Advisory Services support. This package provides support at an hourly rate.

Base support. This package provides support for standard implementations and is available as an addendum to a Premier Support agreement.

Custom support. Meet your specialized support needs with this support package, which is available as an addendum to a Premier Support agreement.

A Microsoft account manager, Premier Support Manager, or partner representative can help you determine the support package that is most appropriate for your unique business needs.
