Share your route with your GPS navigation device

Streets & Trips lets you save (and export) GPS navigation data such as waypoints, routes, and tracks for use with your compatible GPS device1 for easy navigation.

Using this feature is simple and only requires exporting the information from Streets & Trips using a special file called GPX, a file format for recording navigation data. First make sure your device supports GPX files, not all devices do.

To create a GPX file of your Streets & trips route, click on the Data menu, and then click Export to GPX file.

Export to GPS

Once you have used Streets & Trips to create the GPX file, the next step for most devices is to connect your navigation device to your computer to copy the GPX file to your device. Then open the GPX file on your device to use it for navigation.

For more information and specific how-to instructions, check the documentation that came with your device or the manufacturer's website.
