MSDN TechTalk Introducing Windows Workflow Services in .NET 4 & "Dublin"

Windows Workflow Foundation (WF4) in .NET 4 introduces a new way to create web services that combines the power of Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) and the flexibility of WF4. Those web services are commonly called Workflow Services and represent one of the major investments within .NET 4.

Both frameworks provide flexibility in hosting the respective runtimes, but today, the only "out of the box" host is IIS / WAS. With the new Windows Application Server Extensions for .NET 4 (code name “Dublin”), which are scheduled to ship shortly after Visual Studio 2010 and .NET 4, we will have a richer hosting environment with supporting services, tools and diagnostics to make managing services simpler.

In this two-parts talk we started by doing a short introduction on WF 4, then you will see how you can implement Workflow Services using the new Visual Studio 2010 WF designer, while at the end we will set the focus on the new capabilities offered by “Dublin”.
