The VMM 2008 R2 Beta download is located on the Microsoft Connect download site. The following instructions will guide you through the process of enrolling in the beta program and navigating to the download page:
If you have not enrolled in the VMM 2008 R2 Beta program: Follow these instructions for joining the beta on MS Connect:
Go to http://connect.microsoft.com
On the Microsoft Connect landing page, select Connection Directory
In the Categories menu on the upper left hand side, select Server
Browse or search for System Center Virtual Machine Manager 2008 R2 Beta and click on Apply Now
Complete the R2 Public Beta Nomination Form and click Submit
