問題描述︰
關於 'ASP 0178 : 80070005' SMS 安全性權限問題。
Windows Server 2003 安裝 SMS 2003 (SP1) 的伺服器上，在安裝 Windows Server 2003 SP1 之後，使用者在瀏覽 Web Report 時，會發生以下的錯誤訊息 (SMS administrator 有委派報表權限給 SMS admin 以外的終端使用者)。

解決方式︰
請依下列步驟逐步解決這個問題。
步驟1：在 SMS 2003 伺服器上開啟 [開始] 功能表，按一下 [執行] 並在 [開啟] 文字方塊中，輸入 DCOMCNFG，然後按一下 [確定] 鈕。
步驟2：開啟 [我的電腦] 的 [內容]，然後依序選擇 [Default COM Security]、[Launch and Activation permissions] 及 [Edit Limits]。
步驟3：對 Everyone 新增 [Remote Launch] 及 [Remote Activation] 權限。

步驟 4：依序選擇 [我的電腦]、[DCOM Config]、[SMS_Reporting_Point] 的 [內容]，最後按一下 [Security]。
步驟 5：在 [Launch and Activation Permissions] 對話方塊內，選擇 [Customize] 然後按一下 [Edit]。
步驟 6：新增 [SMS Reporting Users] 本機群組，並委派所有的權限。

步驟 7：重新瀏覽 Web Report，SMS Reports 正常顯示於畫面上。
