To open the User Self-service Provisioning (USSP) portal, follow these steps: 1. | Open Microsoft® Internet Explorer. | 2. | In the Address bar, type http://provisioningserver/sites/ztp, where ProvisioningServer is the name of the server where you installed Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP). | 3. | After requesting service, users can check the status of their requests as described in the section “Viewing Service Status.” | 4. | Some service requests require approval by the user’s manager or the ZTP administrator. Each section in “Using the USSP” describes if approval is required and which user must approve the service. For more information about approving services, see the section “Viewing and Approving Services.” Note Use this document as a template for creating a user guide for your own implementation of ZTP. Replace the URL in Step 2 with the actual URL of your USSP, then delete this note. The instructions in this sample user guide are for the sample services provided with ZTP. Replace any highlighted URLs with your own. Add instructions for any custom services deployed in your organization, and remove the sample services that you’re not deploying. Be sure to test each step of these instructions against your deployed USSP. |
