AuthNotifyPwdExpUnsecureURL Metabase Property (IIS 6.0)

The AuthNotifyPwdExpUnsecureURL property contains a URL that will be invoked if the user's password expires sooner than the number of days specified in PasswordExpirePreNotifyDays.
