Here, in his own words, is a little something about Geoffrey Grinton, who received perfect scores in both the VBScript Beginners and VBScript Advanced divisions.

Geoffrey Grinton has been writing code in a variety of computer languages for over forty years, but still gets a buzz from learning a few new tricks. Every time he thinks it is not worth trying to get familiar with the latest new technology a new challenge comes along to make it necessary.
Geoffrey’s interests include the development of databases for genealogical projects, and digital photography. Geoffrey lives in Melbourne, Australia, and is a product specialist with IBM, providing technical assistance and design input to users and the product design group.
