Get News Alerts & Windows Live on the New MSN Toolbar.

View MSN content from the MSN Toolbar

The MSN Toolbar you give you direct access to MSN channels, from any Internet Explorer browser window. Open the Internet Explorer browser and select an MSN channel button in the MSN Toolbar. Select a headline from the menu to view the MSN content in a separate browser window.

Breaking News Alerts and More

The News button may flash to draw your attention to a major breaking news story on MSNBC. Click it to see the headline. Click the search flip arrow to see the News button if the MSN pane isn’t currently visible in the MSN Toolbar.

Expand the MSN Toolbar ( arrow) to display all MSN buttons.

 

Windows Live Hotmail, Messenger, and Spaces

Access Windows Live Hotmail, Windows Live Messenger, or Windows Live Spaces with shortcuts on the MSN Toolbar. In the Internet Explorer browser, click the Windows Live icon on the MSN Toolbar. Select a Windows Live service in the menu.

Expand the toolbar ( arrow) to display the Windows Live icon and all toolbar buttons. Download any Windows Live service from the Windows Live buttons.

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later (32-bit version only)
