MSN Toolbar data collection is part of an effort to increase customer satisfaction. By gathering personal information from people who use our software and services, we hope to improve the quality and performance of our products and help prevent spam and phishing scams from reaching your inbox. The data is confidential and isn't used for identification purposes.
Data collection is a volunteer program. You don't have to participate. By agreeing to send personal data, you're helping us make our products and services more relevant to your needs. Participate in the data collection program by first selecting the Settings button  in the MSN Toolbar. Click Quality, select Yes, I will participate (Recommended), and then click OK. Decline from the data collection program by selecting No, I don't want to participate.
