Once you confirm your company’s upgrade date you will need to communicate with your end users so they are aware of the pending upgrade.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your organization has a scheduled upgrade date, your upgrade is locked three weeks from the scheduled date and cannot be rescheduled. If you need to request a reschedule, please contact the Launch Desk in advance of the upgrade lock date.
