Are you realising your potential?
Recently, one of my colleagues blogged a rather cheeky comment about Bill Gates (click here to see the offending post) ending his entry, “please don't fire me - I'm still realising my potential.”
Whilst the cheeky blogger was (mostly) joking, realising potential is central to everything we do at Microsoft - even publishing newsletters!
While this may sound rather grandiose, At Work’s primary aim is to help you work smarter and, where possible, to remove some of the barriers that stop you realising your potential at work.
With this in mind, we have added a new section to the At Work website –
Career Resources. We’ve kicked it off with a series of articles on changing jobs, but let us know what else prevents you from realising your potential at work. Email us at atworkuk@microsoft.com and tell us what the big issues are for you.
Thanks, Chris
