Typical Roles at Microsoft

HR Generalist

Working with Directors and Senior Managers, the HR Generalist’s key responsibilities are to develop and deliver the HR strategy aligned to the overall business strategy, in addition to providing HR consultancy services to business units across Microsoft.

Compensation and Benefits Manager

The Compensation and Benefits Manager’s prime role is to ensure that Microsoft maintains a compelling compensation and benefits package for UK employees, through working with reward specialists, benchmarking our packages externally and implementing changes.
