NCH is the leading UK provider of family and community centres, children's services in rural areas, services for disabled children and their families, and services for young people leaving care. NCH runs more than 500 projects for some of the UK's most vulnerable and excluded children and young people, and their families, supporting over 140,000 people at children's centres throughout the UK. NCH also promotes social justice by lobbying and campaigning for change.

The partnership between Microsoft and NCH continues to help some of the UK’s most disadvantaged and excluded young people by taking a lead role in helping to bridge the digital divide. Through the provision of software in three pilot projects across the UK, Microsoft has helped to prove the benefits of ICT to a wide range of vulnerable and often excluded children and young people. These projects include the Warren Park Children’s Center, Bayswater Families Center and Stephenson House.
