If you're enrolled in the Business Ready Enhancement Plan or Deluxe Support Services, you receive unlimited access to online training benefits, including Microsoft Dynamics e-learning and training-material downloads, for your whole organisation. Contact your Microsoft Certified Partner to enrol in a service plan or get more information.
