Further Support Options

As well as the annual maintenance plan you buy with each licence, there are two other levels of support available:

  1. No-charge business critical support and maintenance with licence purchase to help meet your business needs in the event of an emergency:

    • No-charge business critical support during business hours, when you are using the latest version of Microsoft Dynamics RMS
    • No-charge support related to problems with software quality
    • No-charge critical security fixes.
  2. Easy, pay-as-you-go Flex Support

    • You can buy Flex Per-Incident Support and Flex 5-Pack Support for extra efficiency
    • Flex Support is ideal if your support needs are not business critical, but require a more urgent response than what's available through self-support and newsgroup resources.
