If you buy Full Packaged Products, you could be eligible for two telephone or online support incidents at no charge. You can also buy Microsoft Personal Support, which covers consumer products, personal operating systems and desktop applications. You can buy Personal Support in packs of five incidents for £150 + VAT or on a pay-per-incident basis at £45 + VAT. For more information, please call us on (Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).

The MSDN Academic Alliance is an annual subscription programme for technical departments that provides Microsoft platforms, servers and developer tools for teaching and learning.

If your Microsoft product was preinstalled or distributed with your computer, your primary source for support is the personal computer manufacturer who sold you the Microsoft software. Often your personal computer manufacturer customises the Microsoft software for your specific computer system and is the correct resource for any technical support you might need.
