OEM System Builder licensing agreements are used by system builders to pre-install software on machines that they are supplying. You would usually license in this way when you’re buying new PCs. OEM licensing is a cost effective way of purchasing software, but you need to be aware that because of this, there are a few important restrictions on use.

If you are buying multiple copies of software (5+ PCs)Note re Volume Licensing agreements: from a pricing perspective, Open Licence and Open Value Non-Company Wide agreements are likely to be a good option up to 250 PCs. Open Value Company Wide and Open Value Subscription agreements make sense up to 750 PCs.
