Conferences or Seminars
If you are attending a conference or seminar at Microsoft Campus, please go directly to the Customer Briefing Centre in Building 3. Please use the free car park around Building 3.
Meetings
If you are visiting Microsoft for a meeting, please go to the Main Reception in Building 2. Please use the free car park in front of Building 2.
Arrival by Car
Exit the M4 at Junction 10 and follow the A329(M) towards Reading. Follow the road to the roundabout at the end of the dual carriageway where you will see a large sign for Thames Valley Park directly in front of you. Do not exit at the Reading Junction (A4).
At the first roundabout, take the first exit and follow the dual carriageway. At the second roundabout, take the first exit, at the third roundabout, take the second exit and at the final roundabout, take the third exit onto Microsoft Campus.
The Microsoft campus consists of five buildings arranged in a row. You'll find the main reception in the second building you come to, feel free to use the car park at the front. All the buildings are well signposted from the campus link road.
Arrival by Public Transport
The nearest main line station is Reading Central, which is on the main lines from both Paddington and Waterloo stations.
Taxis are available outside the station. Please allow 30 minutes travel time during peak hours, otherwise the journey will take approximately 15 minutes.
Thames Valley Bus service runs from Reading Central Station at bus stop SA, apart from lunchtimes MC. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Please see the timetable below.
